Balanced Beginnings Wellness Workshop
2Hr Early Education Wellness Workshop for Ages 4-8
Service Description
This wellness workshop will focus on holistic well-being, with an emphasis on sensory experiences, gentle nutrition education, tea tastings, and grounding activities suitable for young children. The workshop will be interactive and fun! It is designed to promote mindfulness, self-awareness, and an early understanding of health.
