This wellness workshop will focus on holistic well-being, with an emphasis on creating healthy habits, sensory experiences, gentle nutrition education, tea tastings, and grounding activities suitable for young children ages 4-8. Classroom setting (up to 25 participants)

Step into a sacred space where nature, knowledge, and intention meet! Join our Elevated Apothecary Wellness Workshop, a 2-hour hands-on experience designed to help you reconnect, create, and care for your body naturally. An intimate setting (1-8 participants)
